Wood
Wood forms the structural foundation of our furniture.
We use solid wood for the parts that carry the main weight and provide strength. Solid wood is durable, reliable, and develops character over time.
For other components, we use high quality plywood. This is not a compromise, but a deliberate choice. Unlike solid wood, plywood is more dimensionally stable and less affected by humidity changes. This makes it ideal for moving parts where stability and precision are essential.
By combining these materials, we create a structure that is both strong and reliable.
Wood finish
We finish the wood with Osmo oil.
It is a natural oil finish that protects the surface while keeping the wood feeling natural to the touch.
We choose it because it is durable, easy to maintain, and suitable for everyday living, including homes with children.
Fabrics
Our fabrics are selected for durability, comfort, and everyday practicality.
After extensive testing, we chose OEKO TEX® Standard 100 certified polyester fabrics, which maintain their shape well and resist wrinkles even with frequent use.
We offer two fabric textures.
Smooth fabric
A tightly woven surface that is practical for everyday living and more resistant to pet claws.
Bouclé fabric
A textured fabric that adds softness and visual depth to the piece.
Both fabrics are highly durable.
The smooth fabric has an abrasion resistance of 60,000 Martindale cycles, while the bouclé fabric exceeds 100,000 Martindale cycles. Both fabrics are also flame retardant.
Mattresses
Because our furniture transforms between sofa and bed, the mattresses must perform in both roles.
They need to be comfortable for sleeping while still keeping a clean and structured appearance when used as a sofa.
For this reason, we developed mattresses specifically designed for the frame, ensuring the right balance between support, durability, and aesthetics.
