We put a lot of love into every piece we craft, but if something doesn’t feel quite right when it arrives, don’t worry, we’ll sort it out together.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition of items

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition you received it - unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Please repack it flat, include all parts and hardware, and return it just as you received it.

You are welcome to try the product at home, just like you would in a store. Please avoid visible use. If an item shows wear, missing parts, or signs of assembly damage, we may reduce the refund.

Non-returnable items

  • For hygiene reasons, mattresses and mattress covers cannot be returned or exchanged once unpacked
  • Custom-made items
  • Items not in resellable condition
  • Gift cards

How to start a return

  1. Email us at info@anotherkind.dk with your order number, photos of the packed item, and your reason for return.
    (Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.)
  2. Once confirmed, send the item to:
    "Upenieki", Rītausmas, Īslīces pag., Bauskas nov., LV-3901
  3. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damages and issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If it’s defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, email info@anotherkind.dk with photos as soon as possible so we can act quickly.

Refunds

We’ll email you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 30 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take extra time to process the payment.
If more than 35 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@anotherkind.dk.
