Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns:
You can return your item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact. Please email us at info@anotherkind.dk with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
Need a different item or found a defect? Reach out to us! We’re happy to arrange an exchange if possible.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
Please inspect your item upon arrival. If it’s damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description, and we’ll sort it out right away.

Non-returnable items:
Custom-made or final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Shipping Policy
We’re not shipping just yet, but we’re working on it! As a small, new brand, we’re currently exploring the best ways to ship both within Europe and internationally (yes, that includes the US, UK, and Australia). Our furniture is made in small batches with care, and we want to make sure it arrives safely, affordably, and in great condition.
